This encompasses Patient Access, Revenue Assurance, and the Contact Centre. The program will be developed in collaboration with the business operational managers and leadership teams, along with the Centre of Excellence counterparts.<br/><br/>You will lead and mentor a team of Learning Facilitators based across our sites in the UK to deliver learning programs that equip our operational teams with effective knowledge, tools, and techniques to perform their roles. Other’s may think this is just a role in our RCSS CoE team, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.<br/><br/></strong><strong>What You’ll Do<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Lead on the design, delivery and implementation of the Revenue Cycle L & D process training programmes, in collaboration with the business operational managers and leadership teams, along with the Centre of Excellence counterparts.</li> <li>Co-develop and deliver the strategy and standards that guide L&D within RCSS.</li> <li>Lead mentor and develop your team of Learning Facilitators to ensure the delivery of exceptional learning and development to our operational colleagues.</li> <li>Work collaboratively across all sites to support the identification and addressing of process training knowledge gaps and implementing L&D solutions.</li> <li>Lead on change and continuous development of RCSS training</li> <li>Maintain cost-effective operations, optimising and streamlining to improve performance and reduce cost. Monitor, control and manage expenditure and participate in the preparation of the department annual budget.<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>What You’ll Bring<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Demonstrative experience in the design, development and delivery of large-scale organisational process training programmes.</li> <li>High level, progressive and proven success leading change management, process improvement and L&D /Training. Delivering improved ways of working.</li> <li>Experience of developing and leading on strategic initiatives.</li> <li>An inspirational leader, able to coach, mentor and develop teams.</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management, engagement and influencing skills up to Executive level. Both Internal and external.
