As a Learning & Development Specialist you will support all employees across the organisation via our blended learning programmes which combine highly interactive classroom-based workshops with engaging digital content. Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager, this rewarding role will involve building relationships with people across all levels in the organisation structure, from new starters and existing staff to our business leaders. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Please note: This is a 6 Month Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract, with potential to extend. Occasional travel will be required for this role. Main Responsibilities Designing and delivering a wide range of training content to our stakeholders Facilitating face to face and virtual workshops Carrying out learning needs analysis where required Supporting the wider HR department to create an exceptional employee experience Collaborating with all departments to create continuous opportunities for all GBS employees to grow and succeed in their roles Uploading content to the GBS learning management system (LMS) and using reporting tools to track engagement, compliance and impact. Requirements Demonstratable experience in a learning and development role. Strong communications skills Excellent time management and organisational skills A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others exceed in their roles. Comfortable with delivery and facilitation and have a solution-focused growth mindset. Desirable Skills and Experience: Professional CIPD qualifications (or similar) would be preferred but are not essential.
