Job Title: Learning and Development Business Partner (Employee Engagement, L&D and Organisational Capability)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Guilford, Greater London.
Hybrid: 2 days per week in office and 3 days WFH.
JGA are partnering with a leading food and beverage retail business seeking an employee focussed and culture driven, Learning and Development Business Partner to contribute to P&C strategy with a focus on Employee Engagement, L&D and Organisational Capability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Employee Surveys: Oversee the execution of annual and pulse surveys, ensuring deadlines are met while collaborating with Customer Experience (CX) teams.
- Tool Mastery and Knowledge Sharing: Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on survey tools and develop training materials to educate Business Units (BUs) and Franchisees (FZs).
- Facilitate Regional Collaboration: Participate in and contribute to regional initiatives, sharing insights and solutions to address challenges across different areas.
- Execute Tailored Change Management Plans: Lead change management, ensuring local adaptation, and provide resources such as training materials and communication strategies.
- Present Insights and Drive Action: Translate survey results into actionable insights and present them clearly to stakeholders. Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in driving action.
- Partner with CX and Provide Feedback: Work with the CX team on Experience Management analysis and offer feedback to global teams to reflect the voice of local stakeholders.
- Facilitate Learning and Upskill Teams: Deliver workshops and training sessions that equip Business Units and Franchisees with the tools to improve employee and customer experience.
About You:
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience: Background in L&D, leadership development, and training is highly preferred, especially in the restaurant or retail industry.
- Strategy Development: Experience contributing to the development of L&D strategy.
- Employee Engagement: Experience running, and analysing employee engagement surveys.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
