About the Opportunity This is an exciting chance to join our collaborative and supportive team, driven to deliver ambitious, high-impact initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to shape and lead workstreams whilst receiving support for your own professional development. As a People Development Advisor, you'll play a vital role in creating tailored learning programs. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions, including in-person workshops and online sessions. Our goal is to provide the firm with learning solutions that enable our people to thrive in their roles. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your advisory skills by responding to queries and questions, both in person and via email, as well as handling requests for external training bookings. We're always open to suggestions on how to streamline and improve processes, so if you're efficient and innovative, this could be an opportunity for you to shape the way we work. You'll have opportunities to contribute to the rollout of new initiatives and take ownership of specific projects, ensuring their successful delivery and making a real difference to the people in the firm. We're passionate about ensuring that our learning solutions positively impact performance across the firm. You'll play a key role in measuring and ensuring the quality of our initiatives, gathering feedback on the sessions you deliver, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset. About You Ideally, you'll have experience in designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions, although there'll be opportunities to further develop your skills in this area. It's essential that you're passionate and motivated to contribute to programs that drive both individual and firm-wide success. We're hands-on with all aspects of learning programs, from practical administration through to the final successes, so a 'can-do' and solution-focused attitude is key to fitting into our positive culture. You'll be a strong communicator, able to engage a wide range of stakeholders. Your organisational skills will help you manage multiple programs and requests simultaneously, whilst your attention to detail will ensure that all aspects of learning initiatives run smoothly.
