We deliver a range of service for employees across the organisation from classroom and online training, e-learning, apprenticeships, digital design services, Management training and more. We also lead on organisation development activities that contribute to our workforce strategy.</p><p><b> About the role</b><br/> You will be developing a network of key stakeholders to work closely with across the organisation with the aim of supporting teams and individuals to develop their skills and knowledge. This will mean gathering learning needs information, understanding business requirements to design and shape learning solutions. You will need to be innovative with the solution outcomes to ensure that they fit within budgets. There will be the opportunity to get involved with the procurement of learning solutions and evaluating suppliers. Through working across the L&OD function, you will be able to support the complete training cycle from understanding learning needs through to evaluation.</p><p> Organisational development is a key workstream within L&OD, whether that be supporting the performance review cycle or leading on areas that develop culture change to support the workforce strategy.
