This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.<br/> <br/> Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.<br/> <br/> <strong>The Opportunity</strong><br/> <br/> Multiverse trains over 10,000 apprentices each year to become Data Anlaysts, Project Managers, Software Engineers and experts in AI integration. The learning content we host on our learning platform is a critical part of how our apprentices and clients engage with Multiverse and can range from core text to read to video demonstrations, from lab environments to quizzes and assessment guides. Ensuring that our content is accessible, clear and error free is really important to our success as a business. Imagine a world where you come to the Multiverse platform and links are broken, content has spelling mistakes and quiz answers are incorrect. The Learning Content Associate is the 'first line of defense' in ensuring this doesn't happen. It is your responsibility to ensure that learning content meets the expectations we set for accessibility, comprehension and brand alignment and that if some issues do emerge, you resolve them as quickly as possible.<br/> <br/> <strong>Specifically, you will:</strong><br/> <br/> Apply Multiverse critical review guidance to learning platform content to check and make changes directly for accuracy in spelling, grammar, text formatting, comprehension of instructions and accuracy of formative assessments such as quizzes<br/> <br/> Apply Multiverse brand, style and tone of voice guidance to learning platform content before it goes live and on a regular cadence of quality assurance<br/> <br/> Resolve content issue reports raised by clients/apprentices or internal staff (”tickets”) within agreed timelines by either implementing fixes (for things like typos or broken links) or escalating the ticket (in the case of larger issues or suggestions for future product improvement) and ensuring stakeholders are triaging issues<br/> <br/> Act as a content tester for new learning formats such as AI generated videos, tasks or skills labs to ensure we are incorporating 'user' feedback early in our content development process<br/> <br/> <strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong><br/> <br/> Strong skills in written English, particularly spelling and grammar<br/> <br/> Strong skills using web-based word processors, such as Google Docs or Microsoft Word Online<br/> <br/> Basic understanding of text formatting operations<br/> <br/> Preferably, skills in formatting web content, such as for a personal web site<br/> <br/> <strong>About you...</strong><br/> <br/> You have minnimum 2 years experience in a role with similar responsibilities, either in a full or part time capacity (eg. copyediting freelancer)<br/> <br/> You have a strong academic performance, specifically in written English throughout secondary education OR higher education qualification achieved within an essay based subject<br/> <br/> You have exceptional attention to detail and are motivated by getting the small things right for individuals<br/> <br/> You can operate independently with clear and focussed instructions for tasks and you proactively try and unblock problems before asking for help<br/> <br/> You are inquisitive about processes and structures so you can learn how to operate more autonomously<br/> <br/> You are always thinking about how to do things in a better way and have a positive 'can do' attitude<br/> <br/> You realise that making mistakes is a normal part of learning - you own and take responsibility for when things don't go to plan and you learn from those mistakes and share with others to help them learn and grow<br/> <br/> You communicate effectively and can have difficult conversations with peers and senior stakeholders alike<br/> <br/> You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all people, regardless of background, have access to the best opportunities<br/> <br/> How we hire<br/> <br/> <strong>Benefits</strong><br/> <br/> Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days and 8 bank holidays per year<br/> <br/> Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill - all in one mental health support<br/> <br/> Hybrid & remote work offering - with weekly or monthly visits to the London office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a year<br/> <br/> Team fun - weekly socials, company wide events and office snacks!<br/> <br/> Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion<br/> <br/> We're an equal opportunities employer.
