Who We Need This role involves developing and teaching Business-related programs, including BTEC and T Level in Management and Administration. Candidates should have a strong Business background with proven results and seek to expand their teaching experience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will lead within our Business curriculum, ensuring courses meet learner needs, industry standards, and awarding body requirements, and must have relevant teaching experience and familiarity with quality systems. They will have excellent communication skills, have empathy, understanding and the ability to inspire and engage young people to excel and achieve their learning goals.
