About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer to support our learners in developing their knowledge and practical skills in order to become highly employable. In the role of Lecturer at Hertford Regional College you will provide practical and theoretical delivery of teaching for Brickwork. This will be delivering to both full time and apprentice learners. About You The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic lecturer with proven experience, a minimum of Level 2 qualification and extensive knowledge in Construction. You will ideally have a vocational qualification to Level 2 in Bricklaying. You will have experience working within an FE learning environment as well as industry experience and be a flexible team player. You will have excellent communications and organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative and efficiently.
