The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering exceptional teaching and learning across a range of health courses, but predominantly level 1. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate learners, helping them to achieve their full potential and prepare for rewarding careers in the health and social care sector.The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working within a clinical setting (hospital, care home, nursing home etc). Using the skills, knowledge and experience you will be able to inspire students to achieve their qualifications.Key Responsibilities: Plan and Deliver High-Quality Teaching: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the course specifications and cater to the diverse needs of learners. Ensure all teaching, learning, and assessment activities are of the highest standard. Inspire and Motivate Learners: Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Encourage students to set high aspirations and support them in achieving their goals. Support Goal Setting and Behaviour Management: Assist learners in setting personal and academic goals. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a conducive learning environment. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support learner development. Track and monitor student progress to ensure successful outcomes.We will encourage you to develop new skills and expand your opportunities within the college.
