Lecturer Scale 1-5, i.e £29,515.00 - £37,401.00 pro rata per annum plus up to £6,000 Levelling Up Premium (subject to eligibility).
This role may also be eligible for the Taking Teaching Further (TTF) programme which supports us to provide early career support to those with relevant knowledge and industry experience to retrain as FE teachers. We're looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering an extraordinary educational experience in Early Years and Childcare for apprentices and work-based learners. Our approach combines vocational expertise with engaging teaching, learning, and assessment methods that motivate students and equip them for career advancement. You will also play a key role in shaping the curriculum to meet local, regional, and national demands, ensuring our courses are the top choice for Early Years and Childcare employers in the area. This position is primarily located at Lincoln College, but may also involve teaching in workplaces and online.
