Lecturer in Foundation and Supported Learning – 0.6 Braintree Actual Salary £17,704 - £19,342 per annum Full-time Salary £29,507 - £32,238 per annum Permanent – Part-time – 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year About the role You will undertake teaching duties and also provide tutorial support and pastoral care to students; therefore, there is an expectation for the successful candidate to work positively and collaboratively with students, colleagues and other stakeholders. About you You will be educated to Level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent. You will have significant recent experience of teaching learners aged 14-16/16-18 who are disadvantaged and experience barriers to learning along with a proven experience of utilising a range of support strategies that have influenced positive change in the attitude and behaviours of young people.
