Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning, delivering and ensuring you work collaboratively with learners, you will successfully deliver English Functional Skills and design learning plans to suit individual needs, enable them to achieve their qualifications. You will undertake a teaching load, which is in line with agreed contract and support the department with additional duties as and when necessary. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Functional Skills, a commitment to student development, and a passion for teaching. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. To be successful you will have a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above) and experience of working within teaching Functional Skills English. You will be inspirational in your teaching and demonstrate the ability to motivate our learners to achieve their targets and career ambitions.
