ARU Peterborough will provide transformational and inclusive higher education for the city and region. https://aru.ac.uk/peterborough About the Role: We are seeking a committed and dedicated Lecturer in Gaming to join the team within the Faculty of Creative and Digital Arts and Sciences here at ARU Peterborough. You will teach on our Undergraduate and Degree Apprenticeship portfolio including the opportunity to contribute across Gaming specific curriculum and the wider Computing discipline as appropriate. You will also be expected to contribute to the supervision of taught and research students, and to the ARU Research strategy. You will also be keen to support our industry and community engagement initiatives to ensure our impact to a wider range of stakeholders and support awareness raising activities to our next generation of learners. The ideal candidate will have a Degree plus PhD or nearing completion within the first 18 months of employment and successful teaching experience at HE level and/or relevant commercial and/or professional experience. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work co-operatively and as part of a team.
