Location: Castleford College and Wakefield College We are looking for a passionate and committed Health and Social Care lecturer to join our team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you would teach on Level 1, 2 and 3 Health and Social Care courses. A knowledge and understanding of T-Level Health is also desirable. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed. Ideally, you will hold a Degree in a discipline related to Health and Social Care. Not yet qualified but interested in getting into teaching? If you have not previously worked within the Education sector but have considered a career move, you may be suitable for the Department of Education - Taking Teaching Further initiative, which employs industry specialists direct into Further Education.
