About the role:Please note we don't have a fixed closing date but instead will close the role when we have sufficient applicants to interview so apply soon to not miss out!The RoleAn experienced Health and Social Care lecturer you will be required to teach learners across all modes of attendance and across all the levels of Health and Social Care (this includes level 1 up to L3 and apprentices). You will be required to teach the following types of programmes: - 16-18-year-old Study Programmes - 19 plus learners who are on Study programmes - ApprenticeshipsThe suitable candidate will provide an excellent learning experience to ensure the individual learner gains the appropriate skills in readiness for further study, employment and an or an apprenticeship.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will hold early years qualification or equivalent qualification or must have a minimum of 5 years industrial experience; you must hold a full teaching qualification or be working towards the teaching qualification. To be successful in this role, youll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
