Your expertise in pre/post-contract cost management, aligned with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standards, will be crucial in educating future Professional Quantity Surveyors (PQS) and Contractor Quantity Surveyors (CQS), as well as advancing our research endeavours.</p> <p><br/></p> <p>You will be responsible for teaching cost planning, commercial management, and the quantification of construction works in accordance with the RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM) and other relevant standards. Your role will also involve utilizing digital tools, overseeing contract practice & administration, and covering project finance, feasibility, and risk management.</p> <p><br/></p> <p>The successful candidate will contribute to both academic teaching and research, fostering industry partnerships, & mentoring students. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cost planning and commercial management, with a strong commitment to working towards RICS chartership.
