Our Sixth Form provision has a reputation for high academic achievement and excellence.<br/> <br/> We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified individual with relevant experience to teach on our outstanding business courses.<br/> <br/> We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified individual who will play a crucial role in realising the department's strategic objectives. You will be an inspiring lecturer with a background in delivering Vocational Business and the ability to deliver varied, high quality and imaginative sessions and have a record of good achievement rates.<br/> <br/> You will be teaching across a range of units on the T-Level, BTEC Level 2 and 3 curriculum programmes. Topics range from finance, branding, visual merchandising, team building and many others. We are also excited to be delivering another T-Level route focused on Financial Legal Services from September 2025.<br/> <br/> Our ideal candidate will be an inspiring lecturer who has a proven record of innovation and a pro-active approach to delivery including to Level 2 and Level 3 provision in Business. You will have also demonstrated an understanding and sensitivity towards the needs of your learners and use this to help them reach their true potential.<br/> <br/> <strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br/> </p><ul> <li>Deliver a flexible and innovative curriculum that is responsive to feedback from current learners and anticipates likely changes in demand from future learners.</li> <li>To deliver excellent teaching, learning and assessment processes.
