Since this time STS has already become an ambitious and award-winning business with strong service contract capability, and training delivery judged to be ‘Good’ by Ofsted.<br/><br/>We are now looking for an MIS and Funding Manager to join the team. This is a key role for the future success of STS and will lead compliant funding claims, strong commercial routines, accurate and ‘single version of the truth’ reporting,<br/><br/>You’ll drive efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of management information and administration to ensure that systems are optimised and that effective processes are consistently followed.<br/><br/><strong>Your main responsibilities: <br/><br/></strong><ul> <li> Manage of all aspects of STS funding, performance, and compliance to meet all contract and agency / devolved authority requirements. </li> <li> Management of the STS management information systems and all processes to drive the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. </li> <li> Management of all aspects of audit readiness to ensure that audit requirements are met and to work with the Head of Continuous Improvement and Ofsted Nominee to ensure that all audits, whether internal or external, are successful. </li> <li> Management of all registry requirements ensuring that learner enrolments are timely and that their systems access meets modern customer expectations.
