GCU London is the London-based postgraduate campus of Glasgow Caledonian University. GCU London is now looking for expressions of interest from Lecturers in the following areas of the Built Environment specialism: Risk and Value Management; Construction Financial Management; Strategic Management in Construction and Property Enterprise; Quantification and Costing of Works. Key requirements: Thorough knowledge of core construction management and quantity surveying process principles; Expertise in quantity surveying processes, including measurement and estimating, cost planning, and control; Ability to teach across disciplines; Ability to undertake postgraduate teaching/supervision; Communicating effectively and delivering projects on a multi-disciplinary basis. Appointed Occasional Lecturers will assist existing Programme Leaders with the delivery of GCU London’s suite of postgraduate programmes, playing a key role in the delivery of an excellent student experience.
