About the role You are invited for the following authoring opportunity for the FdSc Assistant Practitioner Programme. This authoring will commence in November 2024 and the deadlines for completion are listed below. Module(s) which require Authoring: (1) 5NU530 - Care of the mother and newborn in the postnatal period (100%) (2) 5NU529 - Assisting at Births 5NU529 (100%) You will be responsible for writing and developing self-study academic content and materials for learners studying online. You will be expected to be academically competent to create learning materials and activities at the appropriate level and methods. It is also essential to have professional experience in midwifery. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the University of Derby to ensure high quality content, materials and learning experience for all learners. Your authoring will be supported and co-ordinated by the University of Derby content team and the Academic Lead, who will review as your work progresses. We are able to offer assistance with technology enhancement features and graphic design. This is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to the ongoing development of our curriculum. Successful authors will be paid upon completion, £2658.61 upon completion.
