JOB PURPOSE:
You will be a Partnership and Engagement Executive working as part of a highly motivated, focussed employability team. In this role it all starts with you! You will be the face of Hart Learning and your passion, drive and ambition will be crucial to the success of the department.
You will be responsible for the growth of the department by building new relationships with employers, engaging and enrolling learners onto our range of adult programmes and ensuring learners receive the best possible to start to their journey with us. You will have a natural flare and passion to build relationships not just through selling opportunities but also building longevity in your partnerships.
You will be given the autonomy to develop new business, share new ideas and look at new and innovative ways to create opportunities for the people with which we work.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with JCPs, third sector organisations and other referral partners to identify participants who could benefit from our programmes, across a range of regions.
- Build relationships with employers to offer suitable opportunities for learners
- Consistently achieve individual and team learner start targets and KPI’s through high standards of performance in-line with business expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to target potential learners and promote our offer to them.
- Keep clear and detailed records using our management systems.
- Identify individual client motivators to ensure high numbers of enrolments and use motivational, barrier removal and action planning techniques to manage the progression of clients onto programmes and then onto sustainable employment.
- Promote the Hart L&D brand and understands the value of pre-employment training programmes in transitioning learners into employment
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Proven track record of engagement with unemployed people.
- Excellent communicator, possessing ability to communicate with many people on many different levels.
- A career history of building opportunities for those on adult education programmes.
- Able to interact with potential learners using various methods, including, face to face meetings and events, social media, and over the telephone.
- Target driven and passionate about results, with a proven track record of exceeding learner engagement targets.
- Customer centric in everything you do.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about education and customer excellence.
- Target driven and ambitious, with the drive to help grow and develop an employability provision
