To work as a member of a team to deliver a co-ordinated, integrated learning programme for Plumbing ensuring that students receive a high quality learning experience and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- To deliver classes of both a practical and theoretical nature which are graded consistently good or better by the College observation system
- To prepare and deliver lectures and other associated learning materials in a professional and competent manner,
- To prepare Lesson Plans and Schemes of Work as required and place on the College VLE,
- To assess student work against Awarding Body Criteria and track/monitor student progress and achievement using the Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
- To prepare and mark assessments, projects, tests and examinations & develop tracking systems in accordance with the requirements of the course
