The post holder will assist the Clinical Training Team in, delivering and evaluating the Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) course along with the potential to support with other training topics and bespoke courses within clinical areas. The post holder will assist the Clinical Training Team in meeting the organisational commitment to training and staff development. Thus, fulfilling national and local clinical standards guidelines and policies. This role will require working flexibly at venues across the Trust. The post holder will be providing support to the training team and will have the opportunity to work closely with the team. This is a physically challenging role and requires the successful applicant to manage high standards of service and to work within a busy development and training environment. Main duties of the job The ideal candidate will be Level 1 PMVA trained by West London.
