Princes Trust Team Programme Officer This role is key in recruiting, supporting and guiding young people on the 12-week Team Programme. The post holder will support delivery to three teams of 16 – 25-year-olds across the year as they work towards a qualification in employability, teamwork and community skills. The role will provide classroom and off-site assistance to enable participants to fully engage and flourish within a programme centred around teamwork in the community. Key Responsibilities Supporting the recruitment and promotion of the Team Programme in BaNES · In collaboration with the Team Leader to provide information, advice and guidance for potential participants ensuring suitability and that any additional needs can be met during the programme provision. · Provide an additional point of contact for Community Partners to respond to enquiries around referrals and for collaborative work within the programme delivery · Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time which are commensurate with the grade of the role. Support the planning and delivery of the 12-week Team programme for Bath College · Support the Team Leader to plan and deliver the 12-week personal development programme in line with the Princes Trust Toolkit requirements. Three programmes are to be delivered per academic year. · Provide support and guidance to the Team and with the full support of Bath College, take responsibility for the Health, Safety and Welfare of the Team during all parts of the programme. · Attend and support the Team on a 4-day residential experience (3 per year). · Work closely with volunteers throughout the twelve-week programme. · Inform Bath College and the Prince’s Trust of all accidents, incidents and near misses and complete appropriate records.
