This role would ideally suit someone who has had previous experience as an assessor/ IQA and <strong>is familiar with funded apprenticeship programmes</strong>, and would like to learn more about compliance and ESFA requirements. This includes data entry and scrutiny of documentation.</p> <p>The candidate must have previous knowledge of apprenticeship standards and is familiar with the planning and recording of the learner journey, including the completion of learner progress reviews. The candidate will not be considered unless has had prior experience within the education sector.</p> <p>Although training will be given on our management information system (PICS), it is essential that you are able to work as part of a team to meet deadlines, carry out tasks in a methodical manner, and have an attention for detail in order to produce and report of quality assurance findings accurately.</p> <p>This role is office based and will be supporting the Director of Quality and Compliance in preparing for Ofsted inspections and external audits arrangements.</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Complete tripartite learner progress reviews, with learners and their line managers, to ensure that individual learning goals are clearly and accurately planned and recorded.</p> <p>Complete monthly audits to ensure that all documentation meets ESFA compliance.</p> <p>Complete quality assurance audits to ensure that the learner's journey is being effectively recorded from beginning to end of their programme.</p> <p>This role will be office based, full-time (37.5) HPW.</p> <p>Starting salary £26,500 per year, increasing to £27,500 per year once probation period passed (proposed 6 months).</p> <p>Intelligencia Training also offer a company Pension Scheme and Private Health Care (Bupa).</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Intelligencia Safeguarding statement: </strong>Intelligencia Training is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of staff, learners and other stakeholders who are involved in training programmes.</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Applicant Statement:</strong> It is an offence to apply for the role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or vulnerable people.</p> <p><br/></p> <p>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</p> <p>Pay: From £27,500.00 per year</p> <p>Additional pay: Performance bonus and new business bonus</p> <p>Schedule: Monday to Friday</p> <p><br/></p> </div></body></html>
