Fulfilling the organisations internal and external compliance regulations, identifying regulatory risks and to support on compliance actions across the organisation. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: The role will involve auditing key documentation against the ESFA funding rules through our apprenticeship delivery platform Ensure all compliance actions for specific apprentices are monitored and recorded Work closely with administration and operational staff to ensure enrolment, progression, achiever and leaver paperwork is fully compliant and/or amended as required. Ensuring documentation that is not compliant with the requirements of the ESFA funding rules are identified and corrective actions are followed with the relevant person/department Support with internal/ external audits with funding bodies. Support with new processes and systems to improve audit compliance rates Complete timely compliance checks on all relevant documentation in order to progress the signing up and recording of new candidates on the programmes Prepare, analysis and present regular reports as required by the department Implement systems of internal control that adequately measure and manage the risks Must be organised in maintaining efficiency while producing accurate work Experience using Microsoft 365, in particular; Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams with a demonstrable high ability in Excel Ability to support delivery staff, and other departments to correct or/and improve audit actions and best practice in funding compliance.
