The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our apprenticeship programmes maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence, aligning with the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and other regulatory requirements. As a key member of the quality and apprenticeship team, you will work closely with curriculum teams to develop and enhance Schemes of Work (SOW), Off-the-Job (OTJ) training plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective sequencing of the curriculum. Your expertise in apprenticeship standards, Ofsted readiness, and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) will be vital in driving continuous improvement across the organisation. <br/><br/> You will also lead on teaching and learning walks, engage in observations of practice, and utilise employer and learner feedback to refine and enhance programme design and delivery.
