The Role Working in the Registry Team at Ravensbourne, the primary purpose of the role is to manage and co-ordinate key Registry and Assessment activities. This will include enrolment and registration, assessment boards, management of student and course data in the student records system (SITS), lead the extenuating circumstances process, advice and guidance to students and staff on our regulations and support open days and graduation events. In all aspects of the role, you will be working with a wide and diverse range of colleagues and key stakeholders. You will work with Registry colleagues on data/gap analysis projects on the student database and Registry processes/procedures, ensuring accuracy and robustness of our student and course data and the improvements of process in the Registry function. You will need a strong understanding of the HE Registry function and the function of other HE business areas. The Candidate The ideal person will be educated to degree or equivalent, preferably have HE experience, have an excellent track record in working in a Registry/Assessment environment, experience and involvement in student records system (preferable SITS) be able to analyse and problems solve, be proactive and motivated to achieve high standards and be a team player. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and be able to engage at all levels in an organisation.
