We are looking to appoint a School Head of Degree Apprenticeships who will play a key role in driving the strategic and operational direction of our degree apprenticeship programmes. This role is critical in ensuring that both apprentices and employers experience a high-quality, engaging, and impactful apprenticeship journey. As the School Head of Degree Apprenticeships, you will be at the heart of delivering our ambitious growth plans for apprenticeships. You will lead efforts to expand our well-established programmes and further diversify our portfolio to address emerging professional and skills needs. We are seeking an individual with a strong passion for the transformative potential of apprenticeships and substantial expertise in higher or degree apprenticeships. Experience working with OFSTED and ESFA would be a valuable asset. This is a senior role within the School, reporting directly to the Dean. The successful candidate will provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the school’s apprenticeship programmes. They will work closely with the School Executive Team, academic colleagues, and professional support staff to ensure the ongoing success and innovation of our apprenticeship portfolio.
