We’re looking for a Senior Programme Lead (leadership & Coaching) to join our Bauer Academy Team on a permanent basis. As A senior Programme Lead you will have day to day responsibility for the co-ordination and high-quality delivery of defined Bauer Academy apprenticeship programmes, with a focus on leadership and coaching programmes. You will be the main point of contact for learners which will include delivering workshops, regular progress reviews and end point assessment preparation sessions. This role reports to Bauer Academy’s Head of Apprenticeship Delivery, and works closely with the Head of Programme Performance, Head of Quality and Head of Learning Solutions. This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and one of our office locations in Manchester, London or Peterborough. What you’ll be doing Effectively manage of allocated apprenticeship programmes with in Leadership & Coaching. Manage scheduling, timetabling, initial assessment and onboarding of learners. Ensuring DDT (Off the Job hours) and all necessary resources are available to learners via the Learning Management System. Delivery of workshops including online and face to face. Provide marking and feedback on coursework in a timely manner. Track assignments, DDT (OTJ) hours, and workshop attendance. Carry out learner/line manager progress reviews every 10-12 weeks. Obtain/supply all programme workshop materials/workbooks, ensuring that they are uploaded to the Learning Management System. Work with Bauer Academy’s Operations Manager to ensure that all EPA activity runs smoothly for learners. What you’ll bring Industry experience in relation to key programme subject areas (Leadership & Coaching) Experience as an engaging and enthusiastic presenter/facilitator. Excellent time and project management skills. Strong knowledge of apprenticeship, including DDT (OTJ), EPA and Ofsted requirements (training will be given) Demonstrable coaching skills. Strong I.T. literacy and an in-depth knowledge of Learner Management Systems.
