As the voice of Kaplan, you will be part of a team who build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout their students’ journeys. This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor or a Graduate who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader. This is a hybrid role (60% office based, and 40% home based). Please note that this role is on a rotational shift pattern working between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm. Monday-Friday.
