Supporting a site of 500 employees, you will coordinate all training and development activities on-site, and implement a variety of initiatives from Kepak Group. <br/><br/></strong></em><em><strong>Duties include: <br/><br/></strong></em><ul> <li> Oversee and monitor employee training initiatives and succession planning, ensuring a smooth development process</li> <li> Develop and deliver, with the site management team, a site L&D strategy, that supports the delivery of the site's people and operational goals and is aligned to the group L&D strategy</li> <li> Development of T&D reporting metrics for the site</li> <li> Develop and maintain a site training and development plan & budget to drive mandatory training, and internal development initiatives</li> <li> Monitor, analyse, and report on learner journeys and Enhancing Performance process, including tracking progress, engagement, and outcomes</li> <li> To deliver local site learning initiatives with a broad range of site-based stakeholders</li> <li> Oversee and organise all legal and compliance training on-site, ensuring coverage for all shifts across the factory</li> <li> Leads implementation and effective use of the Group LMS for site, ensuring it accurately reflects learning needs, site structure and users are fully able to utilize the system</li> <li> Work with Business Unit Managers to devise a skills based training program</li> <li> To build and develop relationships with relevant stakeholders</li> <li> Be the onsite point of contact for early careers programs (e.g. Apprenticeships, Graduates) ensuring a consistent experience for each employee and that learning needs are met</li> <li> Work with all relevant parties to implement a best-in-class site induction program</li> <li> Work with functional leads to develop training plans for their team<br/><br/><br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Be an internal champion and role model for the Kepak Values and Success Factors (Leading Others)</li> <li>To raise awareness, identify challenges and develop solutions to overcome any barriers to internal development at a site level</li> <li> Previous Experience in either a Learning and Development/ Training Role</li> <li> Experience in FMCG would be advantageous</li> <li> A relevant qualification, such as Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma or equivalent, would be advantageous</li> <li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time</li> <li> Prior experience of change management or the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation</li> <li> Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to support a multicultural workforce</li> <li> Able to demonstrate flexibility in working hours and adapting to dynamic environments or shifting project requirements</li> <li> Excellent organisational and time management skills</li> <li> Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint<br/><br/><br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Benefits<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Competitive salary </li> <li>Annual bonus potential </li> <li>BUPA Cash plan free of charge </li> <li>Values awards program</li> <li>Employee assistance program</li> <li>Cycle to work scheme</li> <li>Corporate gym membership at Ribby Hall Village</li> <li>Salary sacrifice pension plans</li> <li>Life assurance</li> <li>Subsidised canteen and free hot drinks</li> </ul> </div></body></html>
