What We’re Looking For: A Level 5 Leadership qualification in Adult Care, and a passion for coaching and development. Experience in assessing and mentoring learners in vocational fields, preferably within social care. A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering quality learning experiences for all learners. Confidence in using IT systems and a forward-thinking attitude to promote digital skills.
