We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic Student Learning Coaches to join our dynamic team at South Esses College Group. As a Student Learning Coach, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalised support to students with diverse needs, including those with additional, complex, or emotional challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to work with both individual learners and groups, helping them thrive in mainstream or discrete college courses. We are seeking individuals who are not only committed to student success but also hold a strong educational background, ideally a degree in a relevant field, as well as Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English. This is an ideal role for those looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while contributing to the vibrant learning environment at our Stephenson Road campus.
