Position: Careers Advisor
Hours: 30hrs per week term time over 4 days (with potential to increase in the future)- 8:30-4:30
Salary: £24,375.00 FTE- The salary will be pro rata based on 45 weeks.
Location: Lowestoft

WS Training is a Ofsted Grade 2 independent training provider specialising in SEND for post 16 + learners and we are looking to appoint a Careers Advisor to join the team.

Responsibilities:
Within this role you will have overall responsibility for ensuring career 1-2-1's are held twice a year with all learners.
Presenting classroom workshops.
Attending careers & open events.
Establishing & maintaining relationships with external agencies.
Providing support to the recruitment team.
Supporting and sourcing work experience placements
Qualifications/experience required for this role:
- Maths & English GCSE C or equivalent
- Level 4 qualification in CEIAG (Desirable)
- Registered with CDI or willing to train for this qualification
- Experience of supporting students/providing careers guidance
