An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and talented experienced professional with energy and enthusiasm to join our team on a permanent, full time basis. Extensive knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment within classroom based or apprenticeship provision in the FE sector is essential.

The ability to focus on delivering exceptional professional development will be a key component of the role therefore an up-to-date knowledge of professional standards across the sector and the ability to coordinate impactful and innovative activities is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are vital as the role will involve coaching for all teaching staff to support and inspire them to be ambitious and develop their professional practice. Exceptional planning and organisational skills are essential and the ability to interpret data is key as the role will involve identifying themes and trends from teaching and learning activities.
