Job Title: Trainer Assessor - Business and Management
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week (negotiable)
Base: Home/ Hybrid (Kings Lynn campus with travel)
Salary: £27,573 - £29,528 per annum
CWA are recruiting to the role of Trainer Assessor, specialising in the business and management sector. This role delivers high quality training and learning to both adult learners and apprentices. The successful postholder will have the opportunity to influence and develop the curriculum using creative delivery techniques which align with learners and employers needs and can include workshops, classroom-based learning and on-site working with employers.
Not worked in education before? Don’t worry, as long as you’ve got the industry area specialism and the passion to share your expertise with others, we can teach you what is needed to be able to deliver high quality training and assessment with adult learners and apprentices. A key part of this role is developing and maintaining collaborative and effective working relationships with colleagues, employers and learners.
This is a truly flexible role, hours and days of work can be flexed and you will be autonomous in your own diary management. Hybrid or campus-based working is available when you are not visiting learners, we will provide you with the tools to work where you are most productive.As well as being a technical expert this role requires an organised approach and strong administrative skills. You need to be IT literate and willing to undertake training to further hone your skills if required.
