You'll be a key player in guiding them towards achieving their qualifications, building confidence, and shaping their futures.<br/> <br/> We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in a professional business environment who brings not just expertise, but also enthusiasm, empathy, and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you'll have prior teaching, training, or assessing experience, but above all, you'll be passionate about helping apprentices thrive in their chosen careers.<br/> <br/> If you're a self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a real difference. You'll work closely with apprentices, supporting them every step of the way, ensuring they reach their full potential and achieve success.<br/> <br/> Flexibility is key, as you'll be traveling to employer sites, so a full driving license is required.
