As a result of this, we are now seeking to appoint a talented individual with extensive experience in Business Administration, Customer Service and Management. What you will do? The person appointed will be passionate about training individuals working in the Business and Management sector and will play an instrumental role in this high performing department. You will teach, train, and assess learners studying towards a range of business administration, customer service and management qualifications, providing the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours to learners to support them to achieve their apprenticeship and reach their full potential. You will be passionate about Business and Management, extremely knowledgeable and occupationally competent in this area. You will also hold or be working towards a relevant teaching or assessing qualification and be capable of delivering excellent training both on and off-the-job. You will have some experience in delivering Business Administration, Customer Service and Team Leader apprenticeship standards. The role is predominantly home based, with travel to employers and the college campus in Consett required; therefore, use of your own transport, a current valid driving license and business insurance is essential.
