Overview
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team and assist in the development and support of our post 16 learners who attend our training programmes. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with post 16 learners in an education setting and a passion for educating and mentoring learners.
Responsibilities
To recruit learners by engaging with schools and other referral agencies including social services and careers advisors. Manage the learner attendance, time keeping and progress while on their chosen programme. Support the learners in all aspects of life and their progress with the programme. Work with the learners tutors to ensure the learner is progressing as required and find ways to support their progress if required.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of IT systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey learner information to all those involved in their programme.
- Experience of working with learners that have recently left school and want to gain an Apprenticeship.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
