You will play a crucial role in re-engaging young people with education, helping them build essential skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose.What you'll be doing: Delivering inspiring and engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of young people who may have faced challenges in traditional education settings. Providing one-on-one support and mentoring to guide students in overcoming barriers to learning, employment, or training. Creating a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages personal growth and career development. Collaborating with external agencies and colleagues to ensure learners receive holistic support, including mental health and wellbeing resources. Designing flexible lesson plans and programmes that can be adapted to individual learning styles and goals. Assessing learner progress providing constructive feedback and helping them achieve qualifications or gain confidence to take the next step in their lives.Lecturer in NEET - You:What you'll bring: A passion for working with young people, especially those who have become disengaged from traditional education systems. Experience in teaching, mentoring, or supporting learners in vocational or educational settings. A recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
