VHL Lecturer Vocational Studies – The Role:

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Variable Hours Lecturer in Vocational Studies to join our vibrant team.
As a Variable Hours Lecturer in Vocational Studies, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, practical, and industry-relevant courses to students across a variety of vocational disciplines. Your expertise will help our students gain the hands-on experience and confidence they need to excel in their chosen careers.
VHL Lecturer Vocational Studies – Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Create and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of our diverse student body.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our vocational curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with industry standards.
- Student Support: Provide academic and pastoral support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through assignments and assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Industry Engagement: Maintain strong links with industry professionals and employers to ensure our courses reflect current industry practices.
VHL Lecturer Vocational Studies – You:
- Qualifications: A relevant degree or vocational qualification in your subject area.
- Experience: Practical experience in your vocational field, with a strong understanding of current industry practices.
- Teaching Skills: Previous teaching or training experience is desirable, but we also welcome applications from industry professionals looking to move into education.
- Passion for Education: A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to helping students succeed.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to varying hours and to deliver lessons across multiple campuses if needed.
