Following the successful promotion of our Vice Principal to the role of Chief Executive and Principal, we are excited to be looking to recruit Two Vice Principals, one for Curriculum and Quality and one for Curriculum and Performance. These critical roles will work hand in hand to drive the College’s strategy and ensure a responsive curriculum offer which meets the needs of learners, employers and stakeholders whilst also driving high quality Teaching, Learning and Assessment and learner outcomes and destinations. The roles will deliver the College’s innovative response to national curriculum reform for 16-18 and Apprenticeships along with delivering on adult skills education linked to the West Midlands Combined Authorities Employment and Skills Strategy 2024-2027. The successful candidates will have a strong background of managing curriculum at a senior level across a variety of provision types as well as a good understanding of the complexity of Further Education. They will have a clear drive and passions for changing the lives of young people, adults and apprentices along with a proven track record of strong leadership and development of the teams they have managed.
