Role SummaryWe are looking for a skilled tennis coach to join our team at Brondesbury Sports Club in North West London. As a lead instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to players of all ages and abilities.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy and family-based club, with a range of coaching hours available throughout the day, evening, and weekends. You will work closely with our experienced coaching team, contributing to the development of our young players and helping to create a fun and inclusive environment for all members.
Responsibilities:- Design and deliver coaching programmes for junior and adult groups, as well as individual lessons.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve player engagement and retention.
- Provide regular feedback and support to players, helping them to achieve their goals.
Requirements:- LTA Level 3 or 4 coaching qualification (or equivalent).
- DBS checked and first aid trained.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to commit to year-round programmes, including daytime, evening, weekend, and school holiday work.
Salary and Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, estimated around £28,000-£38,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. The position also includes opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the club.
