About the Role
We are seeking a skilled individual to lead on the design and delivery of a relevant trade-based apprenticeship at our PfP Thrive Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a trade-based apprenticeship program.
- Teach and guide apprentices to become qualified tradespeople.
- Ensure excellent service delivery to our Customers.
Requirements
- You must be a qualified tradesperson with at least two years' experience in the field.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and training others is essential.
- Proficiency in using IT applications, specifically Microsoft, is required.
- A Level 3 Teaching and Assessing qualification is ideal.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is confident and competent in delivering up to Level 3 Apprenticeships.
