Careers and Employability Advisor
Location: Worksop, UK
Salary: £25,600 per annum + benefits package
The Role
This exciting role involves providing excellent careers and employability information, advice, and guidance to students in their progression.
As a key member of our careers team, you will deliver high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance, supporting learners with their career choices and setting SMART career targets to secure positive destinations.
You will provide students and potential students with the necessary information to make informed decisions about future studies or employment, and support students to secure part-time employment while studying.
This is a role where you can genuinely impact lives by offering students the support and guidance they need to achieve their aspirations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with student guidance, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities/Looked After Children/Education Health and Care Plans.
- A Level 3 in Initial Advice and Guidance qualification, or willingness to undertake it, and a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to undertake it).
- Knowledge of qualifications within Further Education and progression routes.
