Safety Training Coordinator Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Safety Training Co-ordinator to join our team in Rotherham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety and excellent communication skills.
About the Role:This role involves working closely with other managers and subject matter experts to manage and coordinate the training of all individuals within the Department. You will be responsible for ensuring that the required levels of competence and development of all employees are maintained.
Main Responsibilities:This role includes:
- Managing and coordinating the training of all individuals within the Department using internal, external, and own training resources.
- Providing management support to ensure the Department meets the requirements of the company's Health & Safety Management System aligned to ISO 45001.
- Assisting in managing and monitoring the ongoing performance, particularly in regard to Health and Safety, of a multiskilled workforce.
