About the Role:
We are looking for passionate Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coaches to join our vibrant team due to our ongoing growth. In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of aspiring Early Years professionals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years.
- Delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Integrating Functional Skills into the curriculum.
- Hosting monthly webinars to share industry insights and developments.
- Observing and reviewing learner progress to uphold qualification standards.
- Maintaining accurate learner records to track progress effectively.
- Visiting learners in their workplaces to provide hands-on support and gather evidence for qualifications.

What You Need to Succeed:
- A recognized Assessor's Award such as TAQA or CAVA.
- A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTLLS) - highly desirable.
- A relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Vocational experience within Early Years/Childcare at Supervisor level or above.
- A full UK Driving Licence with the flexibility to travel within the designated region.
