We are looking for an experienced and motivated Variable Needs Lecturer to join our team at London South East Colleges.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning to learners with SEND, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our learners receive the best possible education and support. You will be responsible for delivering a varied personalised curriculum, working closely with the team to engage in learner progress reviews and IQA processes, and providing effective feedback to learners.
Salary: £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
