KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a High-Performing Assessment Team Leader to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of Functional Skills qualifications, ensuring learners are achieving in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years recent experience of managing and motivating a team of Assessors delivering on Apprenticeship Standards. They will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as excellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, as well as a full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle. You will also be expected to be flexible with travel across Sussex and Kent.
